(Northern British Columbia) Battalion, Canadian Expeditionary Force, arrived here last night from Vancouver in care of Capt. James Findlay. master of the steamer Catala, who turned them over to Bishop G. A. Rix, Lieut Col. S. D, Johnston, officer commanding, 102nd. Battery, Royal Canadian Artillery i formerly 102nd. Batta lion), and D. C. Schubert and James Parks, the last-mentioned two of whom served overseas with the old 102nd. With suitable ceremonies, the colors will later be per manently deposited in St. Andrew's Anglican Cathedral here. This ceremony will possibly take place around the time of the Coronation. An appreciative reception w-as given all numbers and the hall was lilerallv narked. A dam?e was 'given by Port Clements residents I i after the entertainment. j On Tuesday morning the players, accompanied by a few friends,! took the trip over the Island Highway to Queen Charlotte City where an enthusiastic welcome was given them.
