DISPLAY OF HANDIWORK Much Interest Displayed In Home Economics and Manual Train ing Displays Much interest was manifested yesterday afternoon in the work of the manual training and home economics departments of the local schools on the occasion of a demonstration and display of handiwork at Booth Memorial School. Several hundred persons attended. The proceedings opened with a gathering in the school auditorium when Mrs. Neal Carter president of the Prince Rupert Parent Teachers' Association, presented prizes to the most proficient girls and boys, according to grades, in the home economics and manual training classes.
