They are the advance guard of a couple oi -(hundred applications which will be filed with the Senate committee by the time Parliament opens. All these applications come from Quebec which province has not yet a divorce court. Prince Edward Island is in the same posl- tlon but with a difference. Quebec has no authority to establish a divorce court while Prince Edward Island may, if it so desires set up such a court.
