of

the
class
or
style
of
dwellings
already
erected
In
the
block
or
neighborhood
concerned.
The
projected
home
may
be
in
a
higher
or
lower
price
class
than
that
prevailing
In
the
area,

All
these
are
possibilities

Ultra-modernity
in
exterior
design
constitutes
a
barrier
difficult
to
hurdle
in
the
experience

other

too

lines

conventional
distribution

Low
Cost
Housing
Needed
The
need
for
new
housing
in
Prince
Rupert,
particularly
low-cost
housing
Is
recognized
by
the
companies
who
direct
the
flow
of
a
large
proportion
of
the
country's
investment
funds..
'The
Dominion
Housing
Act
was
put
into,
force
to
remedy
this
situation
and
to
enable
the
Canadian

people
to
own
their
own
homes,
unfortunately,
too
many
people

have
been
.unaware
of
the
oppor-1
tunities
that
are
presented
by
this

legislation.
Should
the
construc-!
tlon
Industry
give
their
full
co-op-leration,
and
should
this
housing
movement
gain
the
popular
favor
.which
it
deserves,

be
difficult

set
any
limit
to
its
possible
future.
