Society Sending Boy to- Northern j British Columbia One Iront Here TORONTO, May 27: CSP The Sehools Exploration Society of Canada has sponsored what was described as a "thrilling adventure" for Canadian youth, exploration of the Dominion's horthland designed to Inspire young Canadi ans "to take an active part in the further development of the'r country." Incorporation of the Society was announced recently in the Ca nada Gazette. Incorporation, ex plained Nicholas Ignatleff, history! master In Upper Canada College I here and Chief Leader of tre Society was decided upon to give the organization "more purpose, stability and national backing." Its head office In Toronto, the Society will be carried on without share capital. Named among its incorporators were Mr. Ignatleff; Dr. D. E. Robertson of the Hospital for Sick Children (who was im prisoned In the Moose River Mine in 1936) ; Prof. T. W. L. MacDermot, principal of Upper Canada College and Bar be de Mar bo is and Robert E. Fennell, all of Toronto.
