An J U Easy St. Patrick's Tea At Burns Lake BURNS LAKE, March 22 The Hospital Aid Society held a very successful tea on Saturday. The gaily decorated tables and booths with their tempting displays, made an attractive setting for the event which was well patronized In spite of the slushy weather prevailing. The tea tables, in charge of Mes- dames D. M. MacNeill. T. C. Holmes,; R. Commons and D. M. Gerow. were j very pretty with shamrock covers j and serviettes, centred by large! hand made shamrocks, with green vaies of fresh ferns, shamrock leaves and foliage. The Friendship Table, in charge of Mesdames P. B. Smith and George Hadden. and Home Cook- ling and Candy Booth, with Mes dames A. Clark and F. Small, were visited by patrons throughout the afternoon. Entertainment was provided by TERRACE, guessing games under direction of jjjoj. Greenwood, first prize for the con tests going to Mrs. C. p. Loper and consolation to Mrs. T. Radley.
