Bake In hot oven i450 degrees Ft 8 to 10 minutes to set the crust. Melt butter over low heat, add flour and salt: stir until mixture Is smooth. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Cook until thick, cool silently Separate eggs Beat yolks until thick and lemon colored, then add to cooked mixture. Add orange rind, grapefruit Juice, grapefruit sections, sugar and flavoring. Beat egg whltea until stiff, but not dry. and fold Into first mixture. Pour Into partry shell and bake In slow oven (300 degrees P. about 1 hour. Yield, one 10-Inch pie.
