England and France and Italy were supposed to have won the last war and Germany was supposed to pay for it but it did not. It paid for the rebuilding pf part of France but the British saw very little of their monev. The British helped to put them on their feet and supplied them with materials of war so they could have a chance to knock them out again. Britain was made protector of Palestine and other countries and has been given all sorts of trouble and expense in trying to do her duty by the people there.
