It Is believed that he legs below the hips were intact and they still were clothed. The skiill and other bones were found scattered about. There was no evident whatever of anything in the nature of foul play. When tragedy befel him, Scott had evidently been working on get- ting out logs up a small creek. A boom had also been made.
