Concert parties such as those which played to capacity houses behind the lines in France during the last war, are essential again to the morale of the Canadian troops. The task of organizing and training such concert parties has been undertaken by the Canadian Legion War Services. Capt. "Mert" Plunkett, organizer of "The Dumbells," who Is in charge of this work, is now in England organizing and training the men who will entertain our troops in England and France.
