MUSSALLEM'S ECONOMY STORE KING SCOUT IS CREATED Honor For Harold Nordan Tribute Paid To Chief Scout In Death Last evening a special program was arranged In place of the regular weekly meeting of the First Prince Rupert troop of Boy Scouts. The meeting opened with the flag raising ceremony. The Union Jack was raised to half mast out jof respect to the late Lord Tweeds mulr, Chief Scout for Canada. This Iwas followed by a short period of physical drill under Dave Rlddell jdf the Royal Canadian Army Medl- jcal Corps. I Dr. N. M. Carter, president of 1 the Prince Rupert Boy Scouts Association, then paid tribute to Lord Tweedsmulr. He said that when he was In Ottawa last month the late Chief Scout had shown great ' interest when he learned that scouting had again become active in Prince Rupert since his visit here three years ago. Lord Tweedsmulr was a true Scout, said jDr. Carter. He loved to travel In the woods, was courteous and kind to everyone he met. no matter what the station In life. The Scouts then enjoyed a number of game after which four badges were presented to Patrol Leader Harold Nordan. Company Quartermaster Sergeant.
