G. Large, It was decided to Droceed with ihe incorporation of an association to erect and operate the centre. A committee consisting of Dr. R. O. Large, C. G. Ham and C. A.,Brind was named to collaborate with W. O. Fulton in drawing up of a constitution and bylaws. The question of ways and means of raising further funds for the civic centre project was dtscussed. The feeling was expressed that the value of such a project to the city and particularly the younger people should be a very effective appeal. Meantime, arrangements are being proceeded with for a big carnival to be held this fall to raise funds for the civic centre. Present at last night's meeting were Dr. R. G. Large, C. G.
