GEORGE Interior Town Designated as Cen- tte of Refuge in Case of Emergency on Coast Prince George has been designated as the main depot for cen- tral- British Columbia in the event of 11 necessary to evacuate persons from coastal centres. In the event of an emergency on the coast to the west of Prince George, women and children would be removed to that city for refuge pending dispersal to other points in the province and eastward.
