The church clerk, Miss Kay Watson, renewed the general progress of the affairs of the church during 1942. This showed a healthy condiUon in all depart ments but with challenging op portunities facing the present year. j Mrs. P. H. Linzey, the church treasurer, reported that all bills had been paid and a small balance ( was on hand. i C. H. Elklns, for the finance committee, reported on the renovation ' and redecorating of the church which had been done dur-,ing the year at a cost of about $700. There was need of more to be done on the exterior. Aid. H. M. Daggett paid a tribute to the work and leadership' of the pastor. Rev. C. A. Wright, who came to Prince Rupert a year ago and whose untiring efforts have been crowned with success. Rev. c. A. Wright urged upon he members to seriously consider the great opportunities facing the church and the need for each member to endeavour to enlist the interest of the citizens in tne great work of Christ and the Church. Mrs. James Greer reported as Envelope steward, Mrs. P. H. Linzey for the Ladies' Aid, Miss M. Armstrong for the Sunday School. Mrs..R. Walker for the Mission Circle.
