Wright Speaker at Gathering; Monday Night The regular monthly meeting of the local Chapter of the Registered Nurses' Association was held Monday evening In the Nurses' Home of the Prince Rupert General Hospital, with the president, Miss Eleanor Graham, In the chair. A very interesting talk was given by Rev. C. A. Wright, who chose for his subject, "Evangeline," and spoke on a great many of the historical sites of Nova Scotia. The meeting commenced with the reading and discussing of routine business and correspondence in connection with the activities of the Chapter. Miss Beth Ochs was chosen to represent the Chapter during the week of May 9 to 18 which has been proclaimed "Nurses Week." Reports were read by Mrs. J. K. Murray and, Mrs. G. D. Bryant on the work carried out. by the dance committee and the sick visiting committee. Mrs. G. D. Bryant was elected to represent the Chapter at the annual meeting of the British Columbia- Registered Nurses' Association to, be held in Vancouver commencing April .'29. The next regular meeting Is to be held at the Nurses' Home on May 3.
