' The speaker reviewed the events leading up to this battle in which the wicked of all ages will be destroyed. The second coming of Christ marked the beginning of the millenlum. At that time the living wicked are destroyed, the righteous dead resurrected, the living righteous translated. Both groups will meet the Lord In the air and proceed with Him to Heaven for 1000 years. During this period the righteous will sit upon thrones of judg ment (Rev. 20:14. 1 Cor. 6:2,3) assisting Christ and the angels in determining the punishment due the wicked, and Satan and his angels. . At the close of this 1000 year period the Holy. City will des cend with the saints occupying it. The wicked will be resur rected, the devil and his hosts loosed by this event. Then will begin the llnal movement on the part of Satan to make his last stand by leading the wick ed hordes to believe that they can capture the Holy City. Fire will come down from God out of Heaven and destroy them In what will be a literal lake of fire. The Bible says this will be the second death, the complete annihilation, or "the end of them that obey not the Gospel of God" (1 Peter 4:17).
