Local: A. M. Richmond, well known Vancouver mining engineer, rived in the city yesterday afternoon from Vancouver, being on his way to the Interior. A. L. Woodley, who has been, in the service of the B.C. Bridge and Dredging Co. and has been a sergeant in the Prince Rupert Machine Gun Regiment, leaves tonight on his return to his home in Vancohver. A petition from various taxi companies of the city for reserve parking space has been referred to the city engineer and police department by the police committee of the tlty council. A. W. Llpsln, well known local merchant, returned to the city at the first of the week from Vancouver, looking much better following recent treatment.
