A communication from a local boatbuilding firm outlined the de sirability of having local youths trained in this essential and expanding industry. The age when training should begin and the rates of pay were considered. KINSMEN WORK ON CAMP SITE Armed with axes and grub-hoes, 15 members of the Prince Rupert Kinsmen Club attacked the foreshore of Lake Lakelse on Sunday and managed to clear a camp site for the club's boys' camp which is expected to open about July 15.
