Members in Britain Demanding Repatriation ODIHAM, Eng. 0 The sit- ! down strike of 1500 Royal Cana dian Air Force ground crew personnel here spread to a second base in Britain yesterday as the original strikers demanded the resignation of Air Minister Colin Gibson. The new strike broke out at Ampney, Gloucestershire, where Royal Canadian Air Force personnel quit work shortly after noon. The number' involved was not known immediately but Royal Canadian Air Force headquarters in London said only one section of the station was Involved at the start although it was anticipated the work stoppage would spread quickly. The Ampney strike was called! in protest against delays in repatriation, the same reason given by ground crews at Od!-ham when they quit work on Tuesday. While the men demanded Col. Gibson's resignation, the Canadian cabinet was studying iheir demands and a statement from Ottawa was expected shortly, FIRST CHOICE Magistrate (sympathetically) "Could , the motorist have avoided you?"
