Carl Ooldenbcrg, noted young financier and economist of Montreal, who is chairman of the Royal Commission on provincial-municipal relations which is at present holding hearings throughout the province, during his visit to Prince Rupert the latter part of this month, has accepted an Invitation to address a luncheon of the local Gyro Club on April 24. The Commission was originally scheduled to have convened here this week but Its visit has been deferred for three weeks.
