FINAL RITES FOR DANNY O'NEIL Funeral service for John Daniel O'Neill, well known Prince Rupert fisherman and veteran of the First Great War, was held at Grenyllle Court Chapel of B.C. Undertakers on Tuesday afternoqn and the service was attended by many friends of the deceased. The service was arranged by the local branch of the Canadian Legion and interment to-, place in the veterans' plot, Falrview Cemetery. Officiating at the service was Rev. Gordon Smith of St. Peter's Church, Seal Cove, and during the service the hymns "Unto The Hills" and "O God Our Help in Ages Past" were sung. Mrs, J. C. Gilker was organist. At the graveside the "Last Post" was sounded by Legion bugler W. J. Ranee. The pallbearers were George Holmes. Malcolm Montgomery. William Reid, Ole Kildall, W. E. Denning and W. F. Robertson.
