Scojt of this city, passed away at 6:15 last evening in Vancouver. She was well known In Prince Rupert through several visits here and her passing will be regret ted by many friends who will extend their condolences to members of the bereaved family. Mrs. Scott had been called south on account of the Illness of her mother, who was seized with a heart attacx, but, leavln? here Thursday night, was unable to reach Vancouver before th? end. Mrs. Gosse was a native of Newfoundland but had lived on this coast for upwards of 50 years, first in Victoria and later In Vancouver. Her husband was a well-known pioneer master mariner and pilot of this coast. Mrs. Gosse Is survived by three sons Harry R. Gosse, Seattle; Dr. J. R. Gosse of New Westminster, formerly of Prince Rupert; and Capt.
