New School Building Program At Kelowria Discussed By Board KELOWNA The school board hopes to be able to submit plans and estimates of Kelowna's new school building to city council very shortly so that a plebiscite can be held within the Immediate future. Plans of the proposed new schqpl were discussed with John Porter, repressntatlve of McCarter & Nalrne, Vancouver architects, at a recent meeting of the board. The Prince Rupert school board planned to begin commercial courses at the high school during the coming term.
