it

For
reasons
ot
mental

as
well
as
spiritual
wcllbeing,
the
idea
of
"clean-up
and
beautify"
is
one
that
will
appeal
to
every
right-thinking
citizen.

is
badly
in
need
of
such
a
"lirt."
Every
community
spends
taxpayers'
money
each
year

promoting
public
