CONSIDERING REASSESSMENT City council is considering an offer from George Lafleche of, Vancouver to make a complete re-assessment of property In Prince Rupert. The offer fol lowed council's plan to have city property re-asseised for the first time flnce its original assess-, ment when heiownsite was laid out almost 40 years ago. Lafleche is askin-i remuneration based on $500 for his first ten days of work and $35 per day thereafter, plus all expenses.
