Minerals and Resources Development Co. toward build ing up production of pig iron at the Anyox property formerly operated as a smelter by Granby Consolidated. President David S. Talt announces that production of pig iron and cast iron pipe will b under way within a year, using ores from Texada Island, which will also supply the limestone.
