The series, i:alf of which was played at Ocean Falls with the second half being played a( the American gym here, concluded with the Prince Rupert girls taking six straight games to retain the Alex MacKenzie cup, championship symbol, with a to tal point margin for the series of a4. Prince Rupert boys, with five wins and one loss, also qualified tc hold the Arthur Murray trophy. Their point score was 91 more than Ocean Falls. The awards were made at the end of the game by Jarvis H. McLeod before a wUdly cheering crowd of .students and adults and were accepted by the two Prince Rupert team captains, Betty Hamilton for the girls and Frank "Fjot" James for the boys.
