FILM BOARD PICTURES ARE FORUM BASIS A dozen National Film Board films of a new series have arrived in Prince Rupert for use as basic for film forums and the pictures will be shown In the Civic Centre at weekly Intervals, beginning Thursday nieht. Pre view of the films was held last night and was attended by rep resentatives of several city or canizations. The films are belne handled by M. J. Harper, chairman of the Junior Chamber of Com merce film committee, and will be loaned to Interested organiza tions lor instructional and edu cational use. Following the Civic Centre showings, film forums will be held during which the topics or Ideas inspired by them will be discussed. According to Mr. Harper, the important factors ln making a film worth while are: 1. A film that gives concrete Information 2. A new stand on the subject, and Impetus to learn more and do something about It. 3. To hear various points of view, and to have the opportunity to express an opinion. 4. Keloin. 1116 Princess Avenue, Victoria, on September 26. Vases of white chrysantne of delicate pink eladioll and chrysanthemums decorated St. Andrew's Cathedral for the ceremony. Entering the church with her father, the bride wore a pearl white satin gown, fashioned with sheer net yoke outlined in satin roses, short sleeves, complemented with satin cufflets, ending in Illy points over the wrists, fitted bodice and full skirt, slightly en train. Her veil of French Illusion net was held by a scalloped headdress, and she carried an ivory prayerbook with ribbon markers tied with pink moss rosebuds.
