This group, the Prince Rupert Ski club, is anxious that many mo-re people become as enthusiastic about the' situation and Is inviting all and sundry to participate or spectate at an open ski meet to be held in Mc-1 j Clymont Park on Sunday after-1 nocn. J As far as can be learned this will be the first time that a meet I has been held right in the city and the club hope that it will not be the !t one. The contest is open to all and will consist of a jumping event and 2 slalom course. If there Is enough demand there may be a cross-country. There will be classes to suit skiers from the ages of 6 to 60 so dust off those planks in your basement and come on out. War Assets , Bowl Standings W. L. p.
