Springtime Supper Salad 1 cup cooked meat, diced 1 cup cooked potatoes, diced 1 cup cooked beets, diced (if canned, drain well) Vz cup sliced radishes 1 teaspoons celery seed 1 Vi cup chopped green onions '( V3 teaspoon salt v4 teaspoon pepper 2 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped 23 cup cooked salad dressing . Combir.o all ingredients except 1 hard-cooked egg, which Is to be sliced and used as a garnish. Add salad dressing last and toss ingredients lightly together. Chill thoroughly and serve on crisp lettuce. Six servings. A. Three-in-One Luncheon Salad Part 1 2 cups diced cooked meat 2 tbsps. chopped, green pep per 2 tbsps. chopped green onion 2 tbsps. mayonnaise '4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. catsup Rub bowl with clove or garlic If aesired. combine meat, green pepper and onion. Blend to gether mayonnaise, Worcester' shire sauce and catsup. Pour over meat mixture and toss to gether lightly with'a fork. Chill. Part 2 2 cups cooked lima beans 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 2 tabsp. mayonnaise ''B tsp. curry powder to tsp. chill powder combine lima beans and parsley. To mayonnaise add the curry and chili powders, blend well. Add to beans and mix together lightly. Chill. Part 3 1 cup coarsely grated raw carrot 2 cups shredded cabbage 13 cup chopped cucumber or radishes' 2 tbsps. chopped green onion 3 tbsps mayonnaise 1 tsp. prepared mustard Mix together the carrot, cab bage, cucumber or radishes and onion. Blend mayonnaise with prepared mustard and pour over salad. Toss lightly with a fork. On a medium sized platter arrange three large lettuce leaves, fill each with a different mixture. Garnish with sliced hard-cooked egg, radish roses and parsley. Six servings.
