The rooms were adorned with dahlias and Michaelmas daisies and the tea table, covered with an intricate hand-crocheted cloth, was centred with a silver bowl of red begonia blossoms. Mrs. J. A. Teng, general convener of the tea and sale, assisted Mrs. Parkin in receiving the guests. Mrs. F. M. Kennpton acted as cashier. Presiding at the tea table were Mrs. J. E. Boddie, Mrs. S. V. Mr. Teen Council Busy on Projects Teen Town council lined its sights on Its varied projects at the second meeting of the pres. ent administration held in the Civic Centre last night and moved forward in Its primary organizational work with plans to get them under way In the near future. In a streamlined gesture, the council decided to combine the archery and fencing clubs in one medieval group with action ex pected soon. A work party will arrange the butts and felt backdrop In the gymnasium on Sat urday for the arcliery. and mean while, Civic Centre director Nell Ross Is endeavouring to get fencing foils, rapiers and masks. The constitution committee, under Chairman Bob Mr.Ches-ney, has written to Teen Towns in Vancouver and Kelowna seeking guidance in formulating a constitution and he told the meeting last night that he hoped to be able to present a tentative one at the next council meeting in two weeks.
