RED 127 iew highway by car and will presently v, give,, through the printed .word, his impressions of that great undertaking and of the fine possibilities and magnificent scenery of central British Columbia through which he will 1 pass between the coast at Prince ; Rupert and Hazelton. . I H. King presided over the ! well attended meeting, which heard Mr. McKelvle's address. The speaker described the fine scenery through which he had passed on his way from Prince Rupert and spoke enthusiastically of the possibilities of this part of the province, especiaUy in view of the great work of rehabilitation. He advocated action by the Terrace people through their board of trade which would draw attention to the north. One method he suggested was to invite the Boards of Trade in the south er more populous parts of the province to come; north. Especially he thought Vancouver Board of Trade members should be invited to organize a caravan tour of the new highway. That wouid, he thought, prove to be the best way and the pleasantest, of advertising the country and calling the attention of the south to it. The meet ing took him at his word and put through a motion to that effect L DANCE TUESDAY, JUNE 20 ODDFELLOWS' HALL Re-opening of the L D.
