Brown, the case was adjourned or eight days. The complaint was laid by medical health officer Dr. R. O. Knipe. who. according to the information, gave Mr. and Mrs. Mutch from May 16 to June 26 to vacate the premises. Dr. Knipe acted under authority of a city bylaw. He was not in court this morning. In granting the adjournment Magistrate W. D.
