Recommendations included the following: , . That a fee of $5 be charged for use of the ambulance, payable at the hospital byineoming cases, and to the driver by outgoing cases. That the ambulance commit- tee be composed of two mem-, bers of City Council, two mem-1 bers of the Hospital Board, and a chairman chosen from outside. That the ambulance dommit-tee be empowered to arrange an installment scheme whereby the public can obtain ambulance service on an annual payment.
