The band will parade in the business section of the city on Sunday afternoon to the Post Office green where the mayor will extend a civic welcome In the evening there will be a public concert In the naval drill hall with the United States Army Band and the Dry Dock Male Choir also participating. Mrs. McClay was the former Miss Kay Murray R. (N., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Murray of this city. Mr. McClay has been superintendent of the Northern Construction Company's Skeena River Highway project for the last two years, and has just completed the work.
