Yalloway of Fort William. Filler w. T- Lantagne officiated. The couple were attended by Ml.s Florence Walker and Petty Oflcer JJed Powling. The bride was cbaimingly at-Wred in powder blue wHh navy blue halo hat and accessories. She 'ore a corsage of talisman roses and lilies of the valley and carried a white prayer book. The bridesmaid wore a turquoise two-piece dress with black accessories. Her corsage was ol pink carnations. Following the cexemony a wedding breakfast was served at he home of the bride's parents a 1026 Ninth Avenue East. The bride's mother wore a brown tno-piece dress with matching accessories. Father Lantagne proposed the toast to the bridal couple. Later In the evening a reception was held, .at which about eighty guests gathered to congratulate the happy couple, who stood under a huge white bell set in the wedding arch. The table was suitably decor ated with spring flowers, pink and white candles lighting up the three tier wedding cake. A numfcer of telegrams of congratulation were received, and the happy couple were the recipients of many beautiful gifts. The bride was born in Prince Rupert. The gtoom is serving with the Navy and has been stationed here for the past eighteen months. The couple will reside In the city for the present.
