February 22, 1645 AGED MASSETT IS Mrs. Julia Bennett Succumbs In Sleep to Heart Attack Mrs. Julia Bennett, elderly native woman from Massett, succumbed to a heart seizure and passed away in bed Wednesday morning in her daughter's room at 1148 Park Avenue. She had arrived in the city with her daughter. Miss Dorcas Bennett, on Monday. Mrs. Bennett, who was over 70 years old, had suffered from heart trouble for the last 10 , WAS BLIND SCHOOL HEAD ! REMO GIRL IS PRETTY BRIDE Miss Elsa Froese and Edward Bowen of Cloverdale United in .Marriage St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Prince Rupert was the scene of a pretty wedding service when Miss Elsa Froese, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. Froese of Remo, was united in marriage to Edward Bowen R.C.E. of Cloverdale. The bride was very pr.eity in a white satin gown and veil with matching accessories. She was attended by Miss Doris Sawyer of Amsbury as bridesmaid. Frank Froese, brother of the bride, gave the bride in marriage. Mrs. If. Froese had come from Remo to attend her daughter's wedding. After the service the bridal couple went to Valhalla Hall to attend a wedding party and dance in their honor. Many members of the groom's regiment were among those present and the couple were presented with some very lovely presents. The newly-weds went to Remo for their honeymoon and on Saturday evening Mr. and Mrs. H.
