Are Sure of Youngsters Kinsmen Find They're Not Such a Bad Lot Give Prince Kupert boys and girls something worthwhile to do, and they'll do It. That's the opinion of the local Kinsmen and they think they have good reason for the opinion. Last year the Kinsmen asked the youngsters of the city to help them send milk to the children ol Britain. They gave the local boys and girls Hallowe'en Shell-cut tickets to sell and told them that every ten tickets sent a quart of milk overseas. In less than four days the kiddies of this city raised almost ten thou sand quarts. "That's not bad, is It?" commented a Kinsmen. Our Announcements Hill 60 Hallowe'en Tea, Mrs. G. E. And they didn't get anything out of it for themselves, either. This year the Kinsmen felt the boys and girls deserved' a Hallowe'en treat so they said: "Give us a hand, gang, and we'll put over a big Hallowe'en party for you with prizes, wieners, apples, any everything!" Again Hallowe'en Shell-out tickets were distributed, this time from the Fire Hall, and there has been a steady sale ever since. The boys and girls know It's for their party and they like to help. In the matter of 200 missing detonators, the Kinsmen, with the help of the police, appealed to 'the youngsters to find them as they were dangerous and could cause fatalities. The youngsters not only found them but several of the boys respon sible voluntarily showed up at the police station with the" ex plosives. Today the Kinsmen appealed to the boys and girls to guard the loads of wood they left Sun day at several spots in the city for the Hallowe'en bonfires. The Kinsmen are sure the nice dry wood will be safe because the youngsters are on the watch and they're not going to let anyone run off with a single stick' of the wood for their big fires. The Kinsmen have a lot of faith in Prince Rupert boys and girls. Advertise In the Dally (News Whifflets From The Waterfront - .
