The 36-foot troller struck the water with only her construction number painted on the hull. As yet unnamed, and with the identity of the owner not an nounced, she was, however, christened by one of the ladies present. Both vessels were launched by the usual method of being dropped a few Indies into the high tide. The Beau Is a Udy appearing boat with a 12-foot beam. Her owner Is fitting her out for dog fishing and expects to make the first trip by May 1. She is powered by a Chrysler 120 h p. engine. Sale of a well-known Prince Rupert halibut boat occurred re cently.' The Domino, formerly owned by Bert Sheppard, lias been bought by John Murphy, who last year served .on the Lois N. The 45-foot Domino was the setting for a fire last May which cost the life of one of her crew just before the halibut season opened. The cabin of the vessel received some dam age, but was later rebuilt. Almost equipped for the trol ling season Is the 43-foot boat Randall which' was launched at Ole Wick's boat works at Cow Bay some weeks ago. The fine vessel is owned by Chris Berg, and. has a beam of almost 13 feet. It Is powered by a 125 h.p. Gray engine.
