Turner, Prices Board administrator of oils and fats and one of the Dominion members of the Combined Food Board. They call her "the glamor giri of the Canadian government." Mrs. Turner was appointed the board's only woman administrator in December, 1941, succeeding Dr. George Hilton to whom she had previously been technical adviser..
