It was held that this would be a matter of Importance In any efforts that would be made to promote deepsea shipping, from Prince Rupert after the war, particularly under the summer load line for shipping moving southward. Seme years ago the load line had Ibeen protested on behalf of Prince Rupert. Mr. Brooksbank expressed the opinion that expert advice and representation might have to be obtained. The matter was left to the port committee to pursue further.
