Holland went wild at Its libera tion but the exuberance diminished as improved conations reduced the first extravagant appreciation of the liberators. The Dutchmen disliked the Canadians' failure to Invite them when their own1 womenfolk were being entertained in military flubs, restaurants and theatres There were some disturbances but ultimately harmony was developed.
