Edward E. Laurent, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Laurent of St. Lois, Missouri. Rev. Father J. Carroll of the Church of the Annunciation officiated. Miss Joan Marchako, sister of the bride, was brides maid and Cpl. Edward Kaem-merllen of St. Louis was groomsman. Following the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at Reld's Cafe where a handsome three-tier wedding, take was duly cut by the bride. Father Carroll oronosed toasts to the bride and bridesmaid. Untiring in his efforts to help his people, he worked continu ally. He had plans for uniting nis people and, as president of the Native Brotherhood, he labored In that regard for 15 years. Interment took place at the Old Massett cemetery, and during the march to the cemetery the Massett band played "Safe in the Arms of Jesus" and "Rock of Ases."
