She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Felix Fortin, 1012 Sixth Avenue East, ana had been in hospital since February 23. Born in Edmon ton, she came to Prince Rupert with her family four years ago. Her father Is employed at the dry dock. She was a student at Booth Memorial High School. LEMON Another of Prince Rupert's Pioneer women passed away early Sunday morning when Mrs. Eva Maud Bretherton Lemon died at her home, 657 Fifth Avenue East. Mrs. Lemon had been confined to her home for the past couple of years but it was only during the week im mediately preceding her death that she had been seriously ill. Born in Bristol, England, 78 years ago, Mrs. Lemon came to Canada in 1888 and lived on the prairies for thirty years, moving to Prince Rupert twenty eight years ago and residing here since. Deceased is survived by two sons Charles Lemon of Van couver and Miles B. Lemon of Prince Rupert and one daugh terMrs. J. A. Cameron of Steel- head near Mission in the Fraser Valley. There are -six grand children and F. W. Chandler of this city is a brother. Mrs. Lemon was a member of the Ladies Orange Benevolent Association and a former active worker in the organization.
