V. Wilkinson, who left here four years ago to take up residence In the Capital City, became the bride of Lieut. 'Norman Thain Engelhardt, Royal Highland Regiment of Canada, twice wounded veteran of the North Holland campaigns and only son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Eng elhardt, also of Victoria. The wedding took place In an attrac tive setting of gladioli and chrysanthemums at the bride's home with Rev. J. C. Jackson, formerly of Prince Rupert, offl elating. The bride, a charmlag blonde, was given away by her father, and wore a white wedding gown fashioned with Jersey silk bodice, sweetheart neck, short sleeves worn with long net mitts, and full net skirt. A coronet of white chrysanthemums held her chapel veil and she carried an arm bouquet of white r.hrysanthe mums. Her only adornment wau a single strand necklet of pearls. Th'm'itron cl honor, Mrs. R. J. Davidson (Kay O'Neill) was attired In "shocking" pink crepe gown with heart-shaped neck, puff sleeves worn with matching net mitts. The bridesmaid, Mis Mary Engelhardt, sister of the groom, wore a gown of robin's egg blue and both wore coronets of pink chrysanthemums -and carried arm bouquets of similar blooms.
