Orinc Stuart Compliments Corps on Appearance and Efficiency The congratulations of Lieut. Cdr. Orme Stuart, R.C.N. (U), D. S C., were given the Sea Cadfts at an inspection last evening. He complimented all on their appearance, marching and. general deportment, and said he would endeavour to do what he could to provide further equipment for general training He paid special tribute to the services of the bugle band. Weather did not permit the march past at the Court House so that part of the Inspection was of necessity conducted in the drill hall. Rain had been pelting for hours, yet attend-, ance of parents, associates and public was quite good and a ilve 'nterest was shown throughout the whole proceedings which lasted from 7 to 9:30.
