Material shortages and labor difficulties -are making the Job an uncertain and heartbreaking one from the owners' standpoint, Mr. Gustafson said. "You can see what I mean when I tell you that recently she was towed from her berth in San Francisco to a dry dock at Oakland to have her two pro pellors installed.
