Instead, the aldermen voted to refer the matter to the utilities committee to investigate the ways of using the Instru ments and the possibility of the city enforcing the removal of disturbances which spoil local radio reception. Alderman' Ham proposed that the "trouble shooting" gear be given to Rupert Radio and Electric Co. for six months, pro viding It was used to clear up disturbances but this was over come when Alderman Youngs asked t other service companies had asked to use tne equipment.
