Mr. Mlnnion first joined the local branch of the bank in 1937, enlisting for active service in the Navy soon after outbreak of war in 1939. Serving both on Pacific and Atlantic coasts, he obtained his commission and, after his discharge, returned to Prince Rupert last April to resume his duties in the bank here.
