In spite of the, fact that the booster pumps .have been running steadily for two days, the level of water in the reservoir dropped from 6 to 2 feet in four hours today. "At that rate, there Is danger of the whole supply becoming exhausted," Mr. Phillips warned. The maximum level of the reservoir Is 13.8 feet. The safety level Is about nine feet. 10 FINED ON RADIO LICENSE CHARGES HERE Ten persons appeared before Magistrate W. D.
